The Basic Cybersecurity Camp

This is a one-week course for students who are interested in furthering their knowledge of the internet, human security, computer hacking, digital safeguarding of applications, secure communication, and learning more about everyday secure mobile device use. The focus is to provide the student with safe and secure ways of learning computing devices major and minor applications and understanding of legal consequences. *

* This camp will not cover the requisite knowledge and application time with Linux. Campers will need an advanced course to satisfy such content. This camp is designed to assist students in exploring basic cyber-related content and extracurricular activities for future career or hobby considerations. Campers with prior cyber camp or classroom experience will be better served through advanced cyber camps.
