VERNON GREEN JR.
Founder & Subject Matter Expert
Vernon Green Jr. is a retired Chief Warrant Officer and honorable veteran having served over 20 years in the U.S. Army. Mr. Green established GCubed Enterprises, Inc. in 2014 serving as the CEO and providing I.T. and cybersecurity services for Government, businesses, and organizations. Mr. Green also founded G3 Community Services, a non-profit organization, dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting the family unit through coaching, mentorship, and education.
Mr. Green holds a master’s degree in Cyber-Security, a B.S. in Computer Information Technology, and has held several industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications to include CISSP, CEH, CCNA, and Security+. He is an adjunct professor and runs several STEM initiatives and educational programs in our community. Working with Stafford County Public Schools, we have developed the Cyber 4+ Program for high school Cyber Education. In Partnership with CompTIA, he is now launching a National Virtual Cyber Education Program (VIRCYB), to expand on the educational offerings. Mr. Green is a mentor in our community, a leader in Cyber, and he believes that together, we can do more.
WENDY MAURER
Co-Founder & Subject Matter Expert
Wendy Maurer currently serves as the President of GCubed Enterprises, Inc providing I.T. and cybersecurity services for Government, businesses, and organizations . She has over 20 years of business experience leading organizations large and small and previously served on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors, elected to represent the Rock Hill District. Ms. Maurer also serves as the Vice-Chairman/Treasurer of G3 Community Services, a non-profit organization, dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting the family unit through coaching, mentorship, and education and previously served as a volunteer for the Wounded Warrior Cyber Combat Academy.
Ms. Maurer holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Las Vegas where she attended on scholastic, speech and debate, and student leadership scholarships. She is also certified as a Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) and Program Management Professional (PMP). She has been instrumental in Business education for the companies GCubed mentors, specifically in the areas of Risk Management, defending Corporate networks, and Information Security.
KEITH KING
Subject Matter Expert
Keith King currently serves as the Operations Manager of GCubed Enterprises, Inc overseeing the company’s Government contracts which facilitate IT and Cybersecurity services. Keith is a U. S. Army veteran with over 11 years of IT experience supporting the Department of State (DOS) and the Department of Defense (DoD) in policy writing and analysis, as well as installing, employing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management, and a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University. Keith also has CompTIA’s Security+ certification, is Program Management Professional (PMP) certified, and an Adjunct Faculty member. Keith is responsible for formulating strategy, improving performance, securing compliance, mentoring team members, and finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels with an emphasis on security.
PAMELA BISHOP
Subject Matter Expert
Pamela Bishop is Six-Sigma Black Belt certified, Having led the build of several smart cities around the world, and build of new infrastructure and product development, she has global experience. Ms. Bishop holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Technology Institute, as well as a Master’s Degree in Data Science and Analytics from Harvard University. Ms. Bishop’s expertise also encompasses a long list of certifications including two Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certifications, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL Expert PMP, PgMP and many others.
Ms. Bishop’s career portfolio includes highly reputable Fortune 500 companies, to include a few of the largest organizations in the world. These include Cisco, Siemens, United Nations, Ford Motor Company, Bank of America, American Express, Fed Ex and Coca-Cola to name a few. She has successfully managed multimillion-dollar accounts for major organizations while serving as the Principal Architect. She performed in a variety of roles throughout her career including Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Director of Data & Architecture, Managing Director, Lead Solution Architect, and Sr. Program Manager. Ms. Bishop’s most recent accomplishment is the design and implementation of the new wireless network/infrastructure at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport.
